It was a great experience that allowed me to teach & help others. I would recommend it because it was good to go as a group and the organisation meant that the volunteers got the best out of it.
Let us know your preferred start date and how long you want to stay. Trip dates are shown on the top right of the gap year home page; if these dates don't work for you, contact us to discuss whether other options are possible.
Please do let us know as soon as you are interested, as places are limited and we will be able to give you an idea of when you will have to commit in order to secure your place.
Volunteers outside the lodge
Depending on where you live, once you have decided you are seriously interested in joining a group, we will either meet up with you or talk on the phone to answer any questions you have and to check that you have thought through the challenges involved in gapping in Africa.
