This is the first stage in our applications process, helping us to find out more about you and why you want to be part of our Internship programme this summer. With only twenty places available, we want to make sure our team of twenty is as strong, dynamic and enthusiastic as possible, ready to go out and make a real impact for children and teachers in Bwindi. Each application will be taken on its own individual merits, and each applicant will receive a phone call in the next few days to arrange a follow-up telephone interview. All Teach First participants and ambassadors are eligible to apply.

It is important for us to know of any medical issues for planning purposes. Our Lodge is many hours from a major hospital and these questions have been developed to provide information that may be helpful in assisting us in any medical situation involving you. Please provide all relevant details now and advise us of any changes in your health between now and the expedition.

If your application is successful, your confirmation will explain how to pay your £200 deposit. The balance of your trip is payable 56 days before departure.
